Drishyam 3 Movie Story Highlights and Plot
Vijay Salgaonkar is back to keep his family safe from the past’s repercussions. The mystery of Sameer Deshmukh’s murder lingers over the Salgaonkars. The game of cat and mouse games starts to get harder when the old case is reopened. This time, Vijay has to take on the probe of Rajveer Singh Tomar (Jaideep Ahlawat), who adds a fresh set of problems to the Salgaonkar family. Meanwhile, Meera Deshmukh is determined to find out the truth about her son’s death. The movie thus puts the focus on whether Vijay can get away with the law, and whether his well-built world can hold up when he is subjected to another in-depth investigation.
The movie does spend a lot of time on Vijay’s final fight of mind versus system, but it doesn’t reveal many of the major plot points. In fact, the screenplay offers a few plot revelations as well as a few closing of big story lines that had been left open by the previous films. The performances and suspense have been well received by reviewers, but some have found it too easy to come up with solutions and that the family aspect is not as prominent as in the previous films.

Drishyam 3 Budget
The production budget of the film has not been officially revealed by the makers. The estimate has been pegged at around Rs 80-120 crore by industry estimates and trade reports, with one of the latest estimates being around Rs 110 crore. The numbers are not officials statistics provided by the producers and should be used as a guide and not as a fixed number.
Final Thought
Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has a challenging task of bringing an iconic suspense franchise to an end in Bollywood. The last fight is intense with Tabu and Jaideep Ahlawat, but the biggest appeal of the film is Ajay Devgn himself. The film might not be for everyone’s tastes, especially when compared to the tightly written first two movies, but it provides enough suspense, acting and answers to make the finale worth viewing. This is a goodbye that is definitely worth watching for fans that have been around since 2015.
